Amy is an Orofacial Myofunctional Therapist, Dental Hygienist, Buteyko Breathing Educator and Infant Craniosacral Therapist. She received her degree from Herzing college in Dental Hygiene and post graduate training in Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy. With additional training as a mat & reformer Pilates instructor as well as a certified Yamuna Body Rolling practitioner, Amy believes understanding the body as a whole will help her patients thrive by improving their overall health and their quality of life.
Amy grew up on a small Wisconsin dairy farm and has called Hudson home for the past 15 years. Outside of her professional life, Amy enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 beautiful daughters. She believes you can get through any day with a whole lotta coffee & Jesus (and maybe a little Dolly Parton in the background)! Amy prides herself with creating a work life balance with family being at the forefront.
Creating change and serving others is a true passion of Amy’s, which is why building community and leaving a lasting impact through Power of 100 has truly been an honor to her.
Shelli has always been passionate about flowers and the entrepreneurial spirit.. So it comes as no surprise to those who know her that she would dedicate her working life to operating a retail floral shop. She began her journey working for a small family owned flower shop in Minneapolis Minnesota. Being family owned she had an excellent opportunity to learn about retail floral and operating a small business. When presented with an opportunity to purchase an established retail flower shop in Downtown Hudson Wisconsin she leapt at the chance. That was over 25 years ago. Currently she shares her experience and knowledge with other inspiring shop owners and designers as an instructor at Koehler Dramm's Institute of Floristry in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Shelli believes in the Power of 100 and the dramatic impact made in one evening by just 100 women. Never underestimate the power of the collective.
Renee, the President of TalentQ, Inc., author of “I Hate Mondays: A Guide to Landing a Job that Makes You Jump Out of Bed,” and former Executive Recruiter at Target Corporation has over 20 years of recruiting experience. With a love for people, natural knack for conversation, and energy that can blow the roof off of any room! Ready to bring a fresh approach to the recruiting industry, Renee founded TalentQ, Inc, a nationwide recruiting firm headquartered in Hudson, Wisconsin. As a recruiting expert, speaker, author, and career coach, Renee clears the noise in hiring on her podcast Careers & Cocktails and educates career professionals through her website Pay Raise and Promotion. TalentQ is proud to be certified as a Women Owned Business and takes pride in providing supplier diversity to the incredible companies they partner with. Renee is also a frequent contributor to University of Wisconsin – River Falls, HMG Strategy’s CIO Summits, Monster.com and Junior Achievement.
Meet Krystal, an 18-year veteran in the healthcare sector, weaving her magic as a Workforce Strategist and Procurement Category Management guru, specializing in the intricate world of labor and services. She's not just another professional; she's your go-to problem solver, driven by a relentless curiosity and an unwavering commitment to nurturing relationships.
But that's not all – Krystal is also a Creative Entrepreneur and the proud owner of La Rue Marché, a hidden gem in downtown Hudson, WI. She believes that every day is an event worth dressing up for, and she's here to help you make an unforgettable impression through her carefully curated selection at La Rue Marché.
When she's not conquering the business world, Krystal's heart belongs to the great outdoors. You'll find her immersed in nature, embracing adventures like hiking, fishing, camping, and spontaneous travels that add a dash of excitement to her life. Her active lifestyle is deeply rooted in health and wellness, making her a beacon of positivity and inspiration.
Above all, Krystal is a devoted "boy mom" and cherishes every moment adventuring with her two sons. Her greatest joy lies in nurturing their curiosity and sense of wonder, turning every day into an adventure.

Katie has a passionate for all things PEOPLE! All who know Katie know that she is a connector by nature and truly loves serving others. Katie is the Director of Development at Innovative Planning Group, a locally owned independent financial planning firm. If Katie isn’t connecting an advisor or team member to their forever professional home, you can find her surround by the people she loves. Katie is married to her husband Casey who proudly served 20 years in the Army. Together they have four beautiful children and live in River Falls, WI. If they aren’t on a field cheering their kids on at various sporting events, they can be found at their lake home in Danbury, WI. Katie and Casey are also the proud owners of McGraw Lake Tavern in Danbury. Katie has sat on numerous nonprofit boards and loves to give back to others. A true servant mindset and heart, Katie cannot wait to make a forever impact with Power of 100 Women.
Megan grew up in the Hudson community; other than a 5-year stint at the University of Denver she has ONLY lived in Hudson!
Megan works for FourCrown, Inc located in Woodbury, MN. Megan serves on the Allina Health Philanthropy Committee and she and her husband, Mike, are involved in a few boards in the Hudson Community. In their free time, you can find them with their children, playing a round of golf or enjoying a day on a lake. Megan is a huge proponent of women’s sports AND women in business and his thrilled to be on the Power of 100 Committee.
Jaimee, a native of the Midwest hailing from St. Joseph, MN, embodies a life marked by purposeful transitions and a commitment to making a positive impact. Her journey commenced at St. Cloud State University, leading her to culminate her academic pursuits at Herzing College with a degree in Dental Hygiene. For eight years, Jaimee honed her skills as a dental hygienist, providing exemplary care and fostering relationships with patients. However, destiny had more in store for her when she welcomed her first daughter into the world, prompting her to embrace the profound role of motherhood. Recognizing that this new chapter held a distinct calling, Jaimee gracefully pivoted her focus to her family, eventually becoming a cherished mama to three blessings. The heartbeat of Jaimee's existence revolves around her children, fueling her unwavering aspiration to evolve as an individual and infuse each day with positivity. Guided by her innate love for human connection, she has consistently demonstrated a penchant for working alongside others to create meaningful change. Jaimee's dedication to community betterment was illuminated upon her involvement with the Power of 100, an experience that crystallized her desire to contribute on a broader scale. This realization catalyzed her decision to join our esteemed team, a decision that promises to amplify her ability to effect transformation within our community. Beyond her professional pursuits, Jaimee thrives in the company of loved ones, cherishing moments spent skiing through mountains and cruising along the picturesque St. Croix River. Her adventurous spirit extends to the golf course, where her enthusiasm for driving the golf cart often eclipses her golfing prowess.
